A support group for families affected by a loved one’s addiction.

We offer a safe place for you to share your story with others who understand. By sharing our experiences, strength and hope, we begin the process of healing and finding peace in our lives.

You don’t have to go through this alone!

 

 

SHARING EXPERIENCES, STRENGTH AND HOPE

There are many families dealing with addiction on PEI. It is a difficult and painful journey that takes a great toll on the individual battling addiction as well as their family members. Our 3 C’s Family Support Group meetings are for family members who often end up feeling lost, alone and scared.  

TIME TO HEAL

The stigma surrounding addiction can keep us from reaching out for the help that we so desperately need. Our meetings offer a safe place to share without shame. After all, we are all in the same boat! You are not alone.

Our meetings are anonymous, which means you can safely share your story. You can give your real name or use a fake one. It doesn’t matter! The important thing is that you reach out for help so that you can begin to heal. Peace can be found in the chaos of a loved one’s addiction.

By taking care of yourself first, you will have more energy and strength to support your loved one in their battle with addiction. You can’t make someone enter recovery but you can find a place of understanding and peace for yourself while you wait for that day to come.

Like our loved ones, we need to find recovery for ourselves. It does take work but the results are worth it.
